Logistics & export coordination

Shipment planning that reduces friction — from pack-out to destination.

International trade succeeds when details are handled early: packaging, palletization, labeling, documentation, and realistic transit planning. Atlas Global Trading Co. supports buyers and suppliers with a structured, documentation-first workflow so deliveries remain predictable.

Logistics is not only freight booking. The critical work happens before cargo moves: confirming the pack configuration, aligning carton and pallet labels, matching documents to destination requirements, and selecting lanes that protect product condition and lead times. We coordinate these steps so procurement, QA, and receiving teams get what they expect — with minimal last-minute changes.

Our coordination covers food ingredient lanes (ambient, chilled, frozen, aseptic), confectionery programs (retail and bulk), and project shipments (including natural stone). The common thread is execution discipline: clear inputs, clear confirmation steps, and export readiness before loading.

Incoterms & delivery options

We routinely support FOB, CFR/CIF, and DAP/DPU-style quotations depending on category, destination, and buyer preference. For many products, we can present multiple delivery options so you can compare total landed cost and operational effort.

We help clarify scope early: what is included in the offer, which party manages freight and insurance, and what documents are required for release at destination. This reduces misunderstandings and helps purchasing teams evaluate offers on a like-for-like basis.

FOB

Buyer controls ocean/air freight. We coordinate export readiness and on-time handover at origin (packing, labeling, documentation, cut-off discipline).

CFR / CIF

We can support booking through nominated forwarders or approved lanes when requested, with clear assumptions on transit time and schedule variability.

DAP / DPU

For selected destinations, we can explore delivered solutions with defined scope (delivery point, handling, documents) and transparent responsibilities.

Consolidation & container planning

When categories, suppliers, or packaging formats require consolidation, we focus on practical loading plans: pallet footprints, weight distribution, temperature constraints (ambient, chilled, frozen), and export warehouse timing. The objective is to reduce cargo damage, prevent documentation mismatches, and protect the receiving process on your side.

  • Full container loads (FCL) and consolidated LCL planning
  • Palletization, stretch wrap, corner protection, and load photos
  • Ambient / chilled / frozen handling considerations by product
  • Export warehouse scheduling and cut-off management
  • Mixed-load feasibility checks (compatibility, stacking, odor transfer, moisture risk)

Execution checkpoints

On request, we structure key confirmation steps before loading so stakeholders stay aligned: packing configuration, label language, carton marks, pallet count, document list, and timeline.

  • Pack plan approval (units, net/gross weights, pallet pattern)
  • Label and carton marking confirmation (language, HS references if needed)
  • Document checklist confirmation (COA/COO/health/phytosanitary as applicable)
  • Loading readiness confirmation (booking, cut-off, warehouse slot)

Packaging & labeling readiness

A smooth customs process often starts with packaging and labeling choices. We help align carton marking, pallet labels, inner packaging, and compliance documents before shipment.

For bulk shipments, we emphasize handling safety and traceability: clear lot identification, consistent marking, and packaging integrity. For retail/private label programs, we coordinate artwork handoff and approval steps with realistic lead times so production and shipment remain aligned.

Bulk industrial formats

Bags, cartons, drums, pails, IBCs — sized and labeled for safe handling, traceability, and efficient container utilization. We can support pallet patterns and weight targets for smoother receiving.

Private label programs

Artwork coordination, shelf-ready cartons, and retailer-ready documentation paths when requested — including barcode placement and carton marking consistency.

Project shipments

For stone and project supply, we support packing standards (crates, bundles, protection layers) and documentation appropriate to destination handling and insurance.
